Company Intro

Hi,

My name is Mona Ray and I'm the owner of "Treating You With Kindness" Customer Service and Debt Collections.  I know what you're thinking "What in the world is this company?"  Have you ever been harassed by a debt collection agency or had a friend or family member who had been?  Remember the horrifying stories they told you of how the debt collectors continually called and harassed them for payment?

Well, I don't believe all that is necessary.  I know what you're saying, "Say what?"  In my dealing with people, folks really do want to repay their debts.  For various reasons they sometimes have obstacles that sometimes prevent them from making payments on time.  This doesn't mean that they are bad people, it just means life happens.

I wanted to come up with a way where everyone could win in these types of situations.  The companies (ex. hospitals) could get their money where they could pay their employees and the hard working people could pay their debts, keep their dignity, and maintain a decent credit score.  It takes working together and sometime compromising and treating others with kindness to get what you want.   This is why I decided to start a different type of Debt (Bill) Collection Agency and Customer Service Company.  My website is www.tywk.com

Overview of Products and Services

My Customer Service and Debt Collection Company would serve as a liaison between companies (such as hospitals) and the average working person.  We would help the average working person find ways to repay debt and rebuild their credit history while taking care of the company's needs as well - getting paid.

In the end this would make everyone very happy.

Target Market

My targeted market would mainly be hospitals.  When you think about the amount of money hospitals charge for their services in addition to doctor's fees and other fees, the total is astronomical!  Today everyone is required to have health insurance, but even with health insurance mounting health bills could wipe you out.

Where does my company fit into this plan? Hospitals have employees who extend healthcare services.  Those services are not free and they are not cheap.  Those employees must be paid.  The average working person needing medical attention really does want to pay their medical bills.  Not all the times are medical bills at the top of a person's necessity list of things that must be immediately paid.

Here's where my company comes into the picture.  I want to be the one to help hospitals get their money and assist their customers with finding creative ways to pay them back.  I would work with the average hardworking person to find a payment plan that would fit into their budget in order to repay and erase their debt.

Product Differentiation

My company would stand out far from other Customer Service and Collection Agencies in that I would have a different approach in seeking and successfully obtaining collections for my customers and keeping their good name and good will intact for future business. What I mean by that is there is a certain way that you should approach a customer in order to seek payments from them.  You should not have to arm wrestle with getting someone to pay you.

My company would work with the company's customers to successfully obtain payments little by little until all debt was paid in full.  Thus serving as a liaison between companies and their customers.  You could possibly think of my company as a third part arbitrator.  Everyone would get what they wanted.

I would provide assistance to the company's customers and counsel them and help them find solutions to pay their debt.

Product Marketing

In today's age of consumer debt going into collections, I would say that business will always be good!  It's sort of like the funeral home business in that I will always have customers.

I would use a variety of mediums in order to advertise my business.  I believe the majority of my clientele would consist of customers from hospitals, universities, and credit card companies.

I would advertise in the Banner News.  This is the newspaper I grew up with.

Magnolia Banner News

I would advertise on one of Magnolia's most watched local TV stations:

KSLA

Website Design

I've been trying to picture in my head what I would like my own website to look like:

  • I would want it to be professional, friendly, but engaging.
  • I would want people to know right off bat that my collection company is different from other collection companies because of the approach I would take.
  • I would like it to be filled with color and designs.
I have checked out a couple of other websites and here's what I've found:

RMC of Ameria: http://www.rmcofamerica.com/
  • I like the professional look of the website, but it seemed a little too impersonal.
  • I liked the way they listed out the reasons why they should be hired.
  • The website was a little too plain for my taste and not enough color and design.
CSC - Credit Service Company: http://www.creditserviceco.com/collection-service.htm
  • I sort of liked this website, but seemed too aggressive.
  • It did not list enough background information regarding their company.  I wanted to see more.

Base Of Operations

I am a product of Southern Arkansas.  Southern people are by nature friendly, open, honest, and will go out of their way to assist you.  So I thought it would only be natural for me to want my physical business to be based out of Magnolia, AR.  Why establish a business in rural AR?  What does rural AR have to offer the world?  The type of heart and kindness that just can't be found in any other area of the world.

This area ties in to my business in that this is the area I grew up in and learned the basics of dealing with people and how to treat them.  Just because people owe money does not always necessarily mean they are bad people (in some cases yes, but in the majority of cases no.)  It just means they may need a little more assistance with managing their money.  Basing my business in South Arkansas would bring in revenue into this community which is so greatly needed and is also something I've always been wanting to do.

Though AR is not the best state to set up shop in tax wise, establishing my business here would have sentimental value to me which I believe would help me drive a successful business.
